Hillary brings a rare combination of deep local real estate knowledge, design sensibility, an analytic approach, and decades of transactional experience to her work in Napa Valley and Sonoma. With deep roots in Northern California and nearly three decades of real estate experience across brokerage, banking, and commercial real estate investment, she is known for helping clients make informed decisions and successfully close transactions.

As a long-time Bay Area resident, Hillary has an intimate understanding of what makes life in Napa Valley so distinctive. Hillary has lived in San Francisco, Marin County, and Napa Valley. She attended The Hamlin School in San Francisco, Justin-Siena High School in Napa, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. She appreciates the importance of indoor-outdoor living, thoughtful architecture, and connection to the land. Her clients value her insight into how design, setting, and lifestyle come together to create homes are sophisticated, peaceful retreats within Napa Valley’s close-knit, refined community.

Hillary has been closing high-value real estate transactions since 1997. Her professional background includes work with highly respected Bay Area firms, including First Republic Bank, Prado Group, AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis), and DivcoWest. These experiences shaped her ability to navigate complex transactions, assess risk, and structure deals strategically in changing market conditions.

Hillary applies market analytics, land use knowledge, and risk assessment to help clients make informed decisions. She evaluates properties through both a financial and design lens, considering land fundamentals, lifestyle attributes, development potential, and resale positioning, while also understanding how clients and buyers love living in the Wine Country. Her keen eye allows her to identify what elevates a property, whether preparing a home for market or helping a buyer recognize a property’s potential.

Hillary lives in Napa Valley with her husband and their indulged rescue dog. When she is not assisting her clients, she enjoys traveling to visit her college-aged sons, enjoying our extraordinary local restaurants and music venues, practicing yoga,and  hiking the Napa Valley trails. She is passionate about contributing to the community she calls home, both professionally and personally.

Alexa Weber leads marketing strategy for the Hillary Ryan Group at Sotheby’s International Realty, specializing in positioning distinctive properties throughout Napa Valley and Wine Country. As Director of Strategic Marketing & Due Diligence, she oversees how the team’s listings are branded, marketed, and discovered by qualified buyers locally and globally. Weber has worked alongside Hillary Ryan since 2019, helping shape the team’s marketing strategy, brand presence, and client experience.

Her work sits at the intersection of data, design, and storytelling. Weber combines market analytics, advanced digital advertising, and creative direction to craft compelling narratives that elevate homes beyond traditional listings. From vineyard estates and legacy ranches to architecturally significant properties, she focuses on highlighting the provenance, design pedigree, and lifestyle experiences that resonate with today’s luxury buyer. She also collaborates with the global PR team at Sotheby’s International Realty to position notable properties for potential coverage in leading media outlets worldwide.

In addition to marketing strategy, Weber leads due diligence preparation for the team’s listings, coordinating inspections and working closely with contractors, inspectors, and other specialists to evaluate property condition and documentation prior to bringing homes to market. She manages disclosure preparation and has a strong working knowledge of California disclosure requirements, helping ensure properties are thoughtfully prepared and presented with clarity and transparency.

Prior to joining the Hillary Ryan Group, Weber served as Regional Marketing Advisor for Compass (formerly Pacific Union International) across Napa and Sonoma counties, where she advised more than 150 real estate professionals on marketing strategy and digital advertising. During Compass’s rapid growth as a venture-backed technology startup, she helped agents adopt newly introduced AI-powered marketing tools and platforms. In that role, she developed and managed targeted campaigns across Google Display Network, Google Keyword Search Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta’s Facebook and Instagram ecosystems, building expertise in audience targeting, campaign analytics, and digital brand positioning.

Today, Weber applies that expertise to create integrated marketing strategies for luxury properties, combining photography, video, social media storytelling, targeted digital campaigns, and emerging technologies to connect exceptional homes with discerning buyers across key feeder markets including Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Alexa studied photography at Sonoma State University and remains actively engaged in the Napa Valley community. She supports organizations including Young Professionals of Napa Valley and Jameson Humane, where she has adopted two adult cats and given them a beautiful second chance at life. Outside of real estate, Alexa enjoys Napa Valley’s healthy outdoor lifestyle: visiting the farmers market, attending local music and wellness events, enjoying the many available hiking trails, exploring the newest restaurants, and supporting the valley’s thriving small business community.

Nusheen brings a hospitality-driven approach, design sensibility, and global perspective to her work with the Hillary Ryan Group in Napa Valley. With a professional background spanning luxury hospitality, branding, and fashion, she approaches real estate with a refined understanding of presentation, client experience, and operational precision.

At Hillary Ryan Group, Nusheen is involved in all phases of the transaction process, working closely with buyers and sellers while supporting development sales, marketing strategy, contract preparation, disclosures, and escrow coordination. She previously served as Sales and Marketing Manager for Stanly Ranch Residences, Auberge Collection, where she supported the sales efforts for Vineyard Homes and Villas, organized marketing and broker events, and contributed to the implementation of the furnishing program in collaboration with Restoration Hardware. Her work reflects professionalism, organization, and thoughtful positioning within Napa Valley’s competitive luxury market.

Nusheen began her career in fashion, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and completing the Womenswear program at Polimoda in Florence. She later transitioned into luxury hospitality, serving on the management team for world-renowned chef Wolfgang Puck at the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, where she oversaw operations and private events for high-profile clientele. These experiences shaped her standards for service, discretion, aesthetics, and execution at the highest level.

Nusheen values contributing to the Napa Valley community and believes philanthropy and civic engagement are an important part of Wine Country life. Outside of her professional work, she is an abstract fine artist and enjoys Pilates, travel, and collecting archival fashion and antiques.
